Quick View of Assessments What a questionnaire will look like for an

assessor completing an assessment

Once you have logged in (uofm.ventis.ca), the following landing page Dashboard will open. Click on “Assessment” top tab

The “Questionnaires” page opens. The list of your Program Assessments appears.

Click “Edit” for one your Assessment (i.e. ITAR)

** If your assessment Status is “Active”, Click on “View” for that Assessment to open the Assessment Questionnaires.

The “Assessment Questionnaires” opens.

To view how your questionnaire will look for an assessor, Click on the “Blue Diamond” top right corner From the drop down menu, Click in the box next to “Quick View”

** Use the scroll bar to scroll Up & Down to view the assessment.
