Using nature as your inspiration, have fun exploring the use of different media, such as clay, acrylic, watercolor paints and pastels. Students will also create a mini garden for a gnome or fairy.

Discover the fun you can have outside by learning new outdoor skills. Our first adventure starts at the Archery Range--can you hit the target, what’s your score, can you pop the balloon, is your shooting form correct?! Our second adventure gets us out on the water collecting samples, discovering the life in the wetland and learning about waterfowl. Last we will explore camp and find hidden treasures using compasses! Bus will leave JWCC on 48th street at approximately 8am and return by 12pm. I will take responsibility for seeing that my child arrives no earlier than 10 minutes before class and is picked up no later than 10 minutes after class. I grant approval for my child to participate in the JDUB Academy program and hold harmless and indemnify the College, the Board of Trustees, and their officers, employees and volunteers from any liability for any type of personal injury or property damage that may result from the child’s participation in this program. I understand that the College does not provide medical insurance for participants and I assume all responsibility for health/medical expenses that may be incurred as a result of my child’s participation in this program.
