Having R3 Builders and West Coast Fixtures working side by side on a given project, allows us and our client's optimal quality control of site logistics, millwork, and its installation. Plus, the cost saving is an extreme benefit to our customers. The project's milestone dates get met, and the primary construction schedule is uninterrupted!

I met Joyce Dery at the Monterey, CA ICSC event back in March of this year.
I would like to know how my companies: R3 Builders and West Coast Fixtures can become a service vendor for Farmer Boys
Foods? R3 Builders is a General Contractor, and West Coast Fixtures is a Millwork Display & Fixture Manufacturer.
In 2001, to expand our commercial general contracting services, and strengthen relationships with clients that we have had since
1989, we incorporated R3 Builders. Our dedicated crew provides Construction Management, Design-Build, Architecture, and Plan
& Permit Expediting. Together we deliver between forty (40) to sixty-five (65) projects a year for large corporations to small-
business owners! It's important to us to stay within our build specialties: Restaurant, Retail, Grocery, Hospitality, and Office
construction. R3 Builders is licensed (with bonding capabilities) in; California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, New
Mexico, and Texas.
Many of R3 Builders’ clients [Trader Joe’s, CVS Pharmacy, Pacific Catch, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf] have returned to us to use our
Construction Management and Design-Build Contracting services. It's a great feeling to be a part of their success! It's even better to
be able to work with the same team repeatedly throughout the years! Often it feels like we have extended family members. When
one company puts trust in our build abilities, it means a lot to us...when others do as well, the feeling is priceless. We work super
hard to duplicate our construction services, and exceed each client's expectations; every single time we perform general
contracting for them!
Additionally, from our corporate headquarters in Benicia, Ca., we operate West Coast Fixtures. We believe in giving our customers

Mike has 21 years of experience in commercial and retail construction management. Since joining R3
Builders, nearly a decade ago, Mike has taken on the role of “Restaurant Project Manager” successfully
completed many restaurants, bars, and cafes throughout San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. He also
previously owned & managed two (2) companies in the construction industry. His passion for building
impressive spaces and structures is evident when an individual meets or speaks to him for the first time.
Client's immediately know he is their personal vocal and visional campaigner for their project! His
responsibility as our Project Manager is to oversee the entire build process Project Meetings, Budget(s), :
Schedules, RFIs, Change Orders, Quality Control, and Managing the "What-if Scenarios."
