• Rabbits are small mammals. There are seven different genera in the family classified as rabbits, including the European rabbit ,Cottont

Behavior

Rabbits, being prey animals, tend to be exploratory in new spaces and when confronted with a threat, they tend to freeze and observe. Rabbit vision has a remarkably wide field of vision, and a good deal of it is devoted to overhead scanning. Even indoors, rabbits will

scan for overhead threats.
