• Check in on Saturday is mandatory for all athletes!

• You must check-in your bike and your transition bags. Otherwise those items will not be available on race day. Non checked-in items can not be used in the race.

• Check-in transition zone 1 closes at 18:00, transtition zone 2 at 16:00!!

Preperation for Check-In

Put the 3 small stickers on your helmet (in front an on both sides)

Put the remaining sticker on your bikePut the 3 large

stickers on your Transition Bags for the change zone

• Bring your bike and bike bag to the entrance of bike park transition zone 1 (Hechtsee)

• With your helmet on your head, chinstrap closed

• Brakes and helmet will be checked

• Rack your bike (you can have your shoes clipped on your bike – nothing else!) – Bike cover is not permitted

•Hand in your run-bag in our transition zone 2 (Kufstein Arena)! > Check In times 14:00 – 16:00

•You get your timing chip while leaving change zone at the Hechtsee!

•Do not bring your STREETWEAR bag, you will drop it off on Sunday morning

Attention

Over 150 marshals will take care of your safety! The racetrack is closed in the section of Hechtsee <> Thiersee, Inntalradweg and partially closed some other sections.

You have to respect the Austrian traffic law at all times!

Penalty Box

If you have received a black card during the cycling, it is your duty to go to the Penalty Box Info: time penalty: 1x black= 55.5 > 2min. / 111 > 5 min.

The Penalty Box is located in the transition zone 2 (Kufstein Arena)

No Drafting

The distance between two athletes (Drafting zone) is 3x10m (front tyre to back tyre)

Penalties / Cards= 5 min time penalty in penalty box

= 2 or more black cards = disqualification

= 2 or more yellow cards = disqualification (yellow card = warning)

General RulesA referee’s decision shall be final.

What if...Questions and

Answers

If...You lose your timing chip, get a new

one at the penalty tent in the transition area

You have to give up, let a referee know you give up. Your family might ask us at the Info point – you are obliged to tell us what happened

Also let us know if you return to the race area or if you‘ll be back at your hotel
