Racheal is a CNA concierge who goes above and beyond day inand day out to make our residents and staff feel special. She plansresident weddings and puts on special events for residents celebrating ananniversary. She dresses up like the Easter bunny and helps coordinate Easteregg hunts for the community. She truly loves serving our seniors and making them feel special.

She puts her heart and soul into making sure our residents are happy and well taken care of. She is truly always putting others first. She is a people person and personifies the C.A.R.E. values our company stands for. She has been here four years.

Racheal often comes in on weekends just to check on residents and brings her puppy into the facility to make our residents smile.

“I love to hear their life stories, and it makes me smile to help them each day,” she said. “Helping others is why I am doing this job.”

When Racheal was 7 years old, she went on a television show and when asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she responded saying, “I want to be a nurse because I like to help people.” Racheal is currently in nursing school and will graduate from IVY Tech next year with her RN degree.

She has two grown children. She is the heart and soul of Rosegate!
