After allegations of dowry harassment, which appears to be falling flat in court, charges of obscenity that involve the wearing of skirts that should have been nobody's, and personal comments on life-style, and make-up of Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa, all is quiet once again. So, what happened to the allegations. Apparently, those who have thrown the allegations and filed cases against RadheMaa are being asked by the court to provide evidence which has not been coming at all. In a reversal, RadheMaa devotees are asking the court to punish those who threw these allegations to either prove their charges against RadheMaa without any evidence.

After spending long hours asking a series of questions, the police investigated all the allegations of instigating a devotee's family of demanding dowry from their
daughter-in-law, the police told the court that it could find no evidence to back the allegations levelled against Mamtamai Shri Radhe Guru Maa. When those who were spreading false stories were asked to produce evidence, they had none to offer. No wonder that HC thought it in its wisdom to grants her relief. The allegations could not stand legal scrutiny. The Radhe Maa dowry case existed only in the frenzied media reports but disappeared into thin air once it was submitted to a legal test.
