HIGH PRESSURE BLOWERS

High pressure blowers come in constructive structure consistent with the medium-pressure blowers.

Many snail house types are equal in size.

In contrast to the medium-pressure blower, the impeller is not directly driven by the motor, but by an

V-belt driven transmission. The impeller rotary speed is higher, this will cause a static pressure greater

than in the medium-pressure blowers.

And changing the tension of the V-belts can be effected in a simple manner, the prestressing of

the V-belts should be about 25 N at 3 mm. press amounts.

The possibility of controlling high pressure blowers is not easy because the starting torque is greater.

The entire series is available with a hot soak link to 180 ° or 400 °C. It is also possible to deliver snail

housings, impellers and shaft in SS304.

The motors are IP54 equipped with a voltage of 230/400 V. to 3 kW.,

above 400/690 V. The default frequency is 50 Hz., other voltages and 60 Hz are also possible.

Some blowers of this series can be supplied without E motor with the drive is external

and DC motors can even be applied.

Some blowers of this series cannot freely blow in connection with excessive current draw of the E motor,

this can be prevented by creating resistance in the blow or suction side.

Furthermore, a number of blowers come with a 100 Hz. motor, up to 6000 RPM. so that the transfer

GENERAL

All blowers can be supplied in various positions according to the above pictures.

As standard we deliver the right model position AR.

If you want a left-hand version and the base is molded, then indicate beforehand.

A removable foot at the house can be turned over, but also the impeller should then be left version installed.

When one discharge side a channel

blower mouth then P-dyn.2 as

pressure drop is indicated.

One takes the channel will exceed

the dynamic pressure is significantly

smaller and can be used as static pressure.

Suction side does not affect
