SDCCH Drop Reason, Low SS (%) - Signal strength is less than a predefined parameter SSSENSLEV (-104 dBm),
SDCCH establishment success rate for over- and underlaid subcell (SDCCH establishments in relation to the number of
seizure attempts (when no SDCCH congestion))
Subscriber Perceived TCH Congestion (%) Total number of dropped calls due to TCH congestion divided
by the total number of TCH assignments ( Failing TCH assignment attempts due to TCH congestion)
TCH Drop (%) - The different drop reasons are ranked in the order excessive TA, low signal strength, bad quality or sudden loss of connection. This means that if connection suffers from
excessive TA and low signal strength and drops, the drop reason will be registered as excessive TA. The urgency condition bad quality is triggered by a high bit error rate on up- or downlink.
TCH Assignment Success (%) - measures the performance of assignments (change from SDCCH to TCH):

TCH Drop Reason, Bad Quality (%) - The following BSC exchange properties are affecting counters
for dropped calls and handover:BADQDL Threshold value for Bad Quality downlink. The
corresponding parameter for uplink is BADQUL . Value range: 0-100dtqu. Default value: 55dtqu.
LOWSSDL Threshold values for attenuation of Signal Strength downlink. The corresponding parameter for uplink is
LOWSSUL .Value range: -47-(-110)dBm. Default value: -104dBm.
