Stating this Congress vice-pres- ident Rahul Gandhi demanded that the contents of the agreement should be made public along with accusing Narendra Modi of "spread- ing hate and lies" wherever he went. Addressing an election rally at Hapta Kangjeibung, Palace Com- pound on Tuesday Rahul Gandhi said the Centre signed the Frame- work Agreement, but nobody knows about its contents. “Even chief min- ister O Ibobi Singh and the state government are not aware of it,” he said and asked as to why people of Manipur are being kept in the dark about the contents of the agreement. “Soon after signing the agreement with NSCN-IM leaders, Prime Min- ister Narendra Modi informed my mother (Sonia Gandhi) but refused to give details of the agreement de- spite claiming it as a historic one, Rahul said adding that contents of the agreement are known none other than Narendra Modi himself.
