Resourcing RAISE
• Like everyone else: need to generate income• Member / partner fees form bedrock• Bulk of income from projects• Supplemented by contracts
New RAISE needs new governance
• New Board specification• Move from electoral college to skills based
appointments• Ensure member/partner participation• Smaller Board, bigger “ask”• Transition process mapped out
What next?
• 2012/13 priorities:– The Day Job– Health and social care project, policy and network– Developing services for partners– Further project activity– Embedding new RAISE
