Safety Coaching & Collaboration • Onsite meetings with employers to assist with safety
program development Some stats:
• The Saskatchewan WCB surcharge program, > 2014 approx. 44,967 registered employers with the WCB.
• > 21,970 receive a discount (merit rebate)-$26.6 million. • > 21,451 pay the base premium rate for their rate code. • > 1,546 are in a surcharge position-$24.7 million .

Surcharged • These surcharged employers assist in driving the
WCB costs and restrict premium reduction. This group is a primary focus within Saskatchewan.
• Enform SK is seeing positive results in working
with these employers. Alberta and BC are starting to conduct similar programs.

• Advisory Committee and Industry Health and Safety Information Group.
• Special sector groups established to address industry specific issues.
• Works with industry and governing bodies to merge industry expertise with government legislation.

Reducing Workplace Risks • Direct access to SK WCB data and positive working
relationships with government and crowns. • Certificate of Recognition (COR). • Enform is the certifying partner for the COR program for
the oil and gas industry. • +2,900 certifications issued through the Enform
COR/SECOR program. • Primary focus on new workers and the youth entering
the workforce. The new work force!!!! 16
