Terms and condition

Replacement/Exchange - Return Policy :

All products are custom made to particular Designs, Patterns and other specifications. Therefore, orders once delivered, cannot be returned for REFUND. We do ensure that return & refund situations will not be arise and ensure customer satisfaction 100% .

We have Replacement policy for the goods come under MANUFACTURING defect only.

We must be informed by Customer for any Defect / damage within 3 days of date of receipt of Goods. After then We will not be responsible for any of the Damage or Replacement.

The Products will be exchanged without any extra cost, once the sold piece is received back.

In Case of settlements of the Replacement of the matter, Customer needs to dispatch the goods within 2 Days from the Date of Conclusion of Replacement/ Return. IF Customer Fails to send the goods within said Time Frame the Replacement / Return will not be Accepted subject to any Professional Or Personal Reason.

JEWELRY :

For Jewelry collection We will replace the collection from the same CATEGORY and Pattern (subject to the availability of stock & Designs Available with us. There will not be any choose and buy option will be provided or entertained.

Note: Stone Fallen during Transit will not comes under any defect as all the jewelries are hand made and this happens sometimes due to bumpy ride. This can be easily resolved with the help of any permanent glue. To help in this matter We , Send Extra beads & Patches in the Parcel.

Transit/Shipping Damage:

Any Damage due to Transit and Shipping will not come under Replacement or Exchange Policy Or Refund Policy.  To avoid such kind of Situation we do take special care in Packing.  We provide in Export packing where your goods will be covered in there Thick Layer of Form sheet, Clothing & finally in the Thick Cardboard packing box.

Terms of Use / Disclaimer

By placing the order the customer has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here under and/or elsewhere in the site.

1) The customer may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and follow the same.

2) We will not be responsible for any damage suffered by customer for his/her product if not used as per the instruction given by us.

3) All products before supplying are checked, screened and assured by the us to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

4) The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion and we request you to please confirm the pricing and stock status of the particular item before placing your final order.

5)We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the customer shall be informed of the same.

6) If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer placing the order.

7) The customer agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. We reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, We has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.

9) Because or high credit card frauds nowadays we do not accept any credit cards. We only follow the Terms of Payments as per our Payments Terms & Conditions.

10) We strongly request our customer to follow the instructions on washing of fabric or any other instructions given by us.

11) In case for any manufacturing defect of our material, We will replace the material of the same color and pattern (subject to the availabilty of stock) at our cost within 7 days from the receipt of the rejected material or can offer another piece of the same pricing as per customer's selection.

12) In case of change of any color or pattern from our customer apart from the order placed, we will replace the material of the choice of the color & pattern of customer (subject to stock availability) within 7 days from the receipt of the change material or will offer another piece of customer's choice of the same pricing. For replacement of the material any shipping and handling charges have to be bear by the customer.

13) We can exchange for any change of color or pattern apart from the order place by customer only within the 7 days from the receipt of the material at the customer's end.

14) We shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods in case of wrong address provided by the customer, flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of us.

15) We shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days from the receipt of the goods at Customer end.

16) We Is the Sole owner of this website and all its contains. No part of this Site may be reproduced or transmitted in any material form or by any means, electronic or mechanical (including copying, recordings or storing it in any medium and whether or not transiently or incidentally to some other use of this publications) without the written prior permission from the us owner except in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988.
