PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:1. Experience of Two years as an Aerospace Design Engineer at an Aerospace firm, Hyderabad.2. Experience in handling several “R & D” projects of DRDO, HAL, GE-Aviation, Rockwell Collins,

solving the issues using the theory of “8D-Principles” for the effectiveness of Product. 9. Deputing necessary CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action measures) to avoid the Rejections

of a product and improve the Effectiveness of Quality Standards for the same.10. Knowledge on AS 9100, Drawing checking, CATIA V5, UG NX-10. Quality Management System

Procedures (QMSP) to implement AS9100 across organization, Executes on correcting design and documentation quality issues.

11. Creativeness in Designing Fixtures for CNC milling (3, 4, 5-Axes machines), CNC Turning operations & key responsible personnel in proving FAP (First Article Production) as per designed Process plan. Extensive knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, bore gauges, Profile projector.

PROJECTS IN DETAIL:

1. Tool designing & solid modelling personnel for UTC Aerospace Systems (Goodrich and Hamilton Sunstrand) parts. Modelling, Assembly, Drafting & Creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for Engine Components of 777-X Aircraft project .

2. Tool Designing personnel for ROCKWELL COLLINS Aircraft parts. Involved in designing of Sheet metal components for customer R&D projects and designing of Structural components like Front and Rear Chassis for G-650 Aircraft project & A-350 Aircraft Project.

3. Valuable Supporting member in team for designing of GE-Aviation parts. Successfully designed and proved FAP for the Engine parts of a project called “LEAN COMBUSTION ENGINE TECHNOLOGY (GE-NX TURBO FAN ENGINE)” of the Customer. Involved in Tool designing, modelling and Drafting for all kind of projects of respective customer and met the requirements in time. Changing the Designs based on proposal of DC-note (Design Change note). Updating of designs and Machining process plans based on intimation by the customer.

4. Key responsible personnel in Designing of Aircraft Structural parts for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Parts of Fuselage like Front Bulk Heads, Rear Bulk heads, Nose Frame, Tail Booms for projects RUDRA and DHRUV helicopters. Supporting member in creation of documentations as per AS 1900-C standards.

5. Supporting member of team in accomplishing the designs and process plans for Defense Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL). Involved in Tool Designing, Assembly, and Drafting of TVC (Thrust Vectoring Control) for one of the missile’s prototype of customer. Actively participated in creation of BOM (Bill of Material) for Assemblies of TVC & for several R&D Projects as per AS 1900-C requirement.

ACADAMIC PROJECTS: 1. (DRONE PROJECT) TRI-COPTER: Successfully designed and assembled a TRI-COPTER. TRI-

COPTER is a drone project with 100 meter range of control capability, fitted with a camera for surveillance using a Radio controller. It can capture visual and stream it live on variety of devices.

2. INDUSTRIAL ORIENTED PROJECT: I am done with industrial oriented project at esteemed firm BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited) on the topic of Fundamentals of Gas turbines.

3. (UAV) UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE: UAV means a mini aircraft. I myself designed and developed the UAV out of different materials and integrated it with various electronic devices. I used Radio Controller to fly the UAV and to manoeuver during various flight conditions.

4. Radio controlled Hover craft, competed at NIT WARANGAL. For this project, we designed and fabricated the Hovercraft through our research giving it a capability to manoeuver on water and different type of surfaces.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:1. Secured Bachelors of Technology Degree in Distinction from SICET (JNTU Affiliated College)

with 78% of aggregate in the year 2015.2. Qualified in intermediate with 95% of aggregate in the year 2011.3. Accomplished schooling with an Aggregate of 87% from RBVRRHS in the year 2009.
