Project Description

• Grades: 6 – 8• Site Size: +/‐ 44.0 acres (+/‐ 28.0 acres developable)• Student Capacity:  +/‐ 975 @ 25 students per classroom• Core Classrooms: +/‐ 39 (9 classrooms, 3 science labs, 1 computer lab per grade)• Total Classrooms:  +/‐ 57• Approximate Size: +/‐ 149,000 sf (64,000 sf addition + 85,000 sf renovation)• Tentative Schedule: October 2013 – December 2014• Partial Demolition of existing facility with construction of new auditorium, 

gymnasium, academic and support spaces • Renovated and relocated New Kitchen and Cafeteria• New Gymnasium with seating for approximately 1,000• New Auditorium with seating for approximately 500• New natural grass Football Field (can also be used for soccer, lacrosse, etc.)• New 400 meter Track• New Softball Field • Reconfigured parking, drop‐off and bus cueing areas• Site, storm water management and landscaping improvements
