■ Integrate more new examiners into the examining corp than ever before■ Improve the quality of our products and services■ Improve the quality of our products and services■ Reduce the training burden faced by the management staff in the Technology Centers■ Graduate new hire examiners with the ability to work with reduced oversight

Program Structure:■ Comprehensive 4-month training program ■ 128 new examiners assigned to each Class■ Each Class consists of 8 labs with up to 16 students in each■ Labs are lead by a Supervisory Patent Examiner (SPE)/Trainer■ Examiner Training Assistants are integrated into the labs as new examiners begin
