NERVOUSDAY 1
moral
When Allah spoke to Nabi Musa in the Valley of Tuwa, he
commanded Nabi Musa to go Firaun and his people to preach.
Nabi Musa was very nervous because the disbelievers were
very mean. Nabi Musa prayed to Allah with the following verse
Qaala Rabbish rah lee sadree Wa yassir leee amree Wahlul 'uqdatam
milli saanee Yafqahoo qawlee
(Moses) said: "O my Lord! expand me my breast; "Ease my task for me; "And remove the impediment
from my speech, "So they mayunderstand what I say" (20:25-28)
Allah granted Nabi Musa's prayer and told him that He will always be there.
We should recite this Dua when we are nervous and we will be reassured that Allah will always be there for us.

“O Allah, let this moon (month) pass over us with blessings,
Iman, safety, and in the belief of Islam. Grant us the ability to
act on the actions that You love and Pleases You. (O moon)
My Lord and Your Lord is Allah.”
(At-Tirmidhi no. 3451)
SCAREDDAY 2
When Nabi Yunus was swallowed by the whale, he was scared and prayed to Allah with the following
verse
laaa ilaaha illaaa Anta Subhaanaka innee kuntu minaz zaalimeen.
Fastajabnaa lahoo wa najjainaahu minal ghamm; wa kazaalika nunjil
mu'mineen (21:87-88)
"There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong!" So We listened to him: and delivered him
from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith.
Allah accepted Nabi Yunus's Dua and the whale spit him
out.
When we recite this Dua, Allah will give us the strength to no
longer be scared.

FORGIVENESSDAY 3
When Nabi Adam listened to Shaytaan and ate from the fruit tree that Allah had told him to
stay away from, Nabi Adam became very remorseful and
prayed to Allah for forgiveness with the following verse:
Qaalaa Rabbanaa zalamnaaa anfusanaa wa illam taghfir lanaa
wa tarhamnaa lanakoonanna minal khaasireen
They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou
forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be
lost." (7:23)
Even the angels prayed for Nabi Adam. Allah forgave Nabi Adam and sent him along with his wife, Hawa to the
Earth. When we do something that makes Allah unhappy, we should recite this Dua so that the angels can take our Dua to
Allah so that we may be forgiven.
Take a few popcorn kernels and with the help of an adult pop the in a pot over the stove. Notice how the small amount of kernels turns into a big yummy bowl of
popcorn similar to how Allah takes our good deeds and turns them into beautiful rewards we will get in Jannah

SICKNESSDAY 4
When Nabi Ayyub became very sick, he could not even leave his house. He began to pray to Allah
with the following verse
And (remember) Job, when He cried to his Lord, "Truly distress has seized me, but Thou art the Most Merciful of those that are
merciful." So We listened to him:
We removed the distress that was on him, and We restored his people to him, and doubled their number,-as a Grace from Ourselves, and a thing for commemoration, for all
who serve Us. (21:83-84)
Allah heard Nabi Ayyub’s Dua and told him to use his leg to hit the ground and a small fountain of water would come out.
Nabi Ayyub drank the water and washed himself with it and he was cured! When we don't feel very well, we should recite this
verse so that Allah can hear our call and make us feel better!
Cut out and string together the Ramadhan BannerACTIVITY:

WISDOMDAY 5
Nabi Ibrahim was addressing the disbelievers (which included his
uncle Azhar). While explaining the truth and teaching about Islam,
Nabi Ibrahim made this Dua:
Rabbi hab lee hukmanw wa alhiqnee
bis saaliheen Waj'al lee lisaana sidqin fil aakhireen Waj'alnee minw
warasati Jannnatin Na'eem
"O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous;
"Grant me honourable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations);"Make me one of the
inheritors of the Garden of Bliss. (26:83-85)
When we recite this Dua, Allah guides our knowledge to the right path so that we are able to think with a clear mind.
Using a fizzy vitamin, show them the hard vitamin as an example of bad deed on our record, pop into water and start saying "Astaghfirullah" as you see
the vitamin start to bubble up and fizz. Keep saying the magic words and the bad deed record melts and
dissolves away.

TRUSTING ALLAH(SWT) DAY 10
The people during Nabi Ibrahim (AS) were furious when they
found all the idols destroyed by the prophet. They decided to
throw Nabi Ibrahim (AS) in the fire. The prophet prayed and
trusted Allah (SWT) to keep him safe. Allah (SWT) turned the fire from hot to cold and made it safe
for the Prophet.
"Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear
them." But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said,
"Sufficient for us is Allah , and [He is] the best Disposer of
affairs."" (3:173)
Whenever you are in a difficult situation pray this Dua and trust Allah (SWT) to take care of your matters.

only at his home. Owais travelled 3 months by foot and when he arrived
Madina, he discovered that the Prophet was away.
When we feel like we want to do something that our parents do not think is good for us, we should respect their decisions. Our reward from
Allah (SWT) for obeying our parents will be much greater.

manner. When asked by his companions why he
helped the traveller in that way,
We should remember to always be humble and think of others
before ourselves because it makes Allah (SWT) happy with us. This Dua allows us to keep
humility in the back of our minds and seek guidance from

TRUSTWORTHY
DAY 28
Prophet Muhammed (saww) was known as Al Amin (the Trustworthy) before he declared he was a prophet. The people in Mecca always trusted
doing business with the holy Prophet. This quality captured Bibi Khadija’s attention as she was eager to meet the man who everyone described as
the most trustworthy.

When we are trustworthy, people tend to become closer
to us and they rely on us. Being trustworthy means that
we are emulating one of Rasulullah’s titles; what could
we want more than that?!

confidence and elequonce that it changed the whole happy atmosphere in the court to a state of morning as
