Actively developing and nurturing relationship with vendors to deliver Organization’s goal of quality, timelines and cost.

Adroit in defining service level agreement and review vendor performance against SLA. Ensures payments are done on time as per agreement and reduction in Standard Order Quantity (SOQ) and just in time planning for improving cost and reduce inventory cost

Ensures inventories are reviewed monthly and purchases are planned accordingly to S&OP plan and changes in requirements are captured in the planning process in coordination with Production and Quality Assurance.

Involved in Stock Management and buffer creation for continuous production. Maintaining the materials inventory and quality specifications, continuous track on stock availability and replenishment based on production plan

Led efforts to ensure accurate and timely MIS is generated to review and control cost. Monitoring inventory for slow moving products and plan for liquidation with finance team.

Accountable to prepare annual budget in coordination with Finance team and other departments to ensure all RM, PM, Services, assets, consumables and other costs are budgeted.

Preparing monthly MIS on budgeted against actual are prepared on time and sent to Management for review and root cause analysis for Budget vs. Actual.

Involved in Daily manufacturing report generation and update at company’s share point server. Preparation of MIS dash boards for various SCM Functions. Generating a Report of Material Shortages and mitigation plan. Regular Follow up for slow moving and non-moving RM/PM
