Senior Design Project 1: “Cooling System for Batteries” with NASA (2014-2015) - The students were advised on testing of batteries, the design aspects of battery packs, and necessary cooling and fire extinguishing methods. Students were advised on making designs and use of fire retardant materials along with sensors in the events of overcharging of batteries in aerospace and many other applications.

Senior Design Project 2: “Design of a Bioimplant for Elbow joint” (2014-2015) - The students were advised to develop designs for implants with inclusion of degree freedom for elbow joints along with the materials selection process. They were provided with the knowledge base of bio implant materials, their designs and properties. Also, the students were helped in refining the designs in order to meet the practical requirements of elbow joints.
