When the late, great Etta James sang her signature "At Last", it evoked love's deepest yearning. Not quite the same reaction when a closed highway entrance ramp reopens. But you'd never know it from the response we've had since the Broad Street entrance ramp to I-71 north was shut down. It is one of the ramps we get asked about most often. "When will it re-open?".... "How much longer is it going to be closed?" In about one month, weather permitting the Broad St. ramp will re-open, but where it takes you will be different. Because of the location of the new tunnel, only I-71 north will be accessible from the re-opened ramp. To access I-670 east, you'll have to enter I-71 north from the new Spring St. ramp, also set to open in November.
