Here are some great sales tips to keep in mind when building your business. Focus on the relationship As you develop a deeper relationship, you will want to share your love of Plexus products and the opportunity. Your passion for health and happiness will shine through and your friends will be more open to listen. Listen more Don’t do all of the talking, but being a great Ambassador takes being a great listener. What are your friend’s health goals? What do they want to change about their life? How can Plexus help them reach their dreams? Ask questions and help your friend feel comfortable sharing their thoughts. Be their biggest fan Cheer on your customers and Ambassadors. Support their milestones. Share in their triumphs. Help them through setbacks. You are their #1 fan and partner in health and happiness! Customer care More than customer service, you care for your Customers and Ambassadors. You want them to achieve a healthier, happier lifestyle. Stay in contact with them on a regular basis, especially when they first start using Plexus products. Making sure they take their product as recommended is a key to their product experience. Follow up is key Keep your customer and Ambassador conversations going. From your customer’s first order to a new Ambassador joining the Plexus Opportunity, start your follow up in the beginning and be consistent with staying in touch. Follow up examples 5 to 7 days after Customers receive their first order: “Hey friend! Just wanted to check in with you. Did you receive your products?” “Hi friend! You mentioned you have a busy day today. This is a friendly reminder to pop two Slim Sticks in your purse so you don’t forget them today.“Hi! Hope you are having a great week! How are you loving your products?” Follow up examples for new Ambassadors: “Hey Friend! Just a reminder to take a water bottle with you to work and remember to mix up your Slim this morning.” “Hi! I hope you’ve had a chance to review the Plexus Opportunity. Do you have any questions? I want to share some great tips to help you get started. Can we chat this week?” “Hey!
