Our data scanning service builds your prospects database for your courses.Quality, genuine, and valuable leads, enhance the performance of your own marketing campaigns.

• Use your own device – making it easier to capture the details you need.• Access data on the day of the event via your ENet account (subject to internet connection). • Use new functionality to make notes on an individual, once scanned.• Purchase a flexible bundle, meaning you pay for what you require, and the more licences you

buy the cheaper each use will be.• One licence required per device per event (it doesn’t matter how many days the event is).• A sample of the data scanning report can be viewed here.• For more information on how the service works check out this handy video.

Please note:• Choose how to distribute these licences between

CYF London and Manchester.• One licence required per device, per event.• Licences from these packages can only be used at

CYF 2019 exhibitions.• To receive the best value, purchase the maximum

number of licences you require, rather than buying a lower amount and topping up later. If you purchase ten licences initially and then decide later that you need another ten, you will end up paying £3,000. But, if you had purchased 20 licences at the beginning it would only cost £2,250.

Please note:• Licences purchased for Create your future events are only available for use at 2019 events. • Licences are non-transferable between standard provider exhibitions and events taking place in other years.

• Minimum operating system requirements are:o Android 8 o iOS7 or above o five megapixel camera o camera must autofocuso 32.4MB required to download app

We highly recommend using phones rather than tablets for the best user experience, and more reliable scanning. The app is available for iPad.Cannot be used on Windows phones, Amazon devices, or older devices where the camera does not autofocus.Please get in touch before purchasing devices to ensure compatibility.
