Two component machining (by introducing face grd) instead of single component on turning machine

40% new setup time reduced by IOL analysis on BIHLER M/c.

Productivity improved by doing welding up to 83mm on GRM50 (special purpose) machine. Earlier it

was up to 61mm only.

Productivity improvement by converting single slot punching process to Gang punching.

Productivity improved by integrating three operations (Separation, Rounding & Welding).
