PHYSIOLOGICAL HEMODYNAMIC MONITORING SYSTEM (01), (AS RECOMMENDED BY MANUFACTURER). Multichannel (18 channels or more) to record at least 4 channels IBP, Cardiac output with thermo dilution method. Surface ECG in any configuration and simultaneous 12 lead ECG, NIBP and SpO2 measurement. 144. INCINERATOR The incinerator shall be automatic double chamber type for complete burning of the hospital solid waste material and amputed human organs. The incinerator shall also be suitable for plastic, paper, textile, and rubber dry and wet waste. It should be fired on natural gas. The principal of operation shall be based on pyrolitic combustion. It should be fired on natural gas. The exhaust/emission will be smokeless. For ensuring the clean environment, it should strictly comply the national and international standards. It shall conform to the following specifications: CAPACITY: 200 Kg / Hour CONSTRUCTION:

The incinerator to be packaged type skid mounted constructed of commercial steel section and steel sheet. The steel sheet shall be externally painted with heat resistant paint. The internal surface of the incinerator shall be lined with non-cracking refractory bricks or cast able concrete backed by thermal insulation such that temperature at the outer surface should not rise beyond 600 C after the operation of several hours. PRIMARY CHAMBER (COMBUSTION):

Volume according to capacity. It should have a door for manual feeding and ash

removal. Blower fan shall be provided to make available sufficient quantity of air to

BURNERS:

The combustion chambers (Combustion and Post combustion) shall be equipped with

burners suitable for natural gas firing. The burners shall be equipped with all safeties

regulated automatically. These should be interlocked with opening of doors.

These burners should be protected from radiant fire bed and electrical interlocked to

prevent start up of burner unless the shutter is fully opened. The shutter should be

automatically closes when burner is switched off.

SECONDARY CHAMBER (POST COMBUSTION):

The post combustion chamber for flee gases to burn further for ensuring smokeless

exhaust emissions. Blower fan shall be provided to make available sufficient quantity

of air to burn the gases in post combustion chamber. Air distribution and regulation

system shall be provided for post combustion chamber. The temperature should range

between 1000-1100o C.

Post combustion chamber shall be for 2-second retention for fumes to burn in this

camber ensuring smokeless emission.

CHIMNEY:

Circular mild steel self-supported chimney made of flanged sections. The chimney shall

be installed after post combustion chamber. The chimney shall be 20 meters high from

ground level.

CONTROLS:

The automatic programmable control box should be fitted with hinged door front sealed type. The control circuitry should be rugged enough to with stand the temperature effect of the incinerator. It should house the ignition burner timer, feed interval timer, shut down timer post combustion chamber temperature controller, and controls for burner, blower fans etc. Digital temperature display and emergency shut down button shall be provided.

further welded to the rear and front tube sheets, as provided for in the code. All welded joints to be checked by X-Ray and results be recorded as per the provision of the code.

Various openings for connecting of services or installation of safety devices are to be provided and reinforced as per the A.S.M.E. code. STRESS RELLEVING After the construction of the pressure vessel the entire unit is to be hydraulic tested and then relieved of stresses in a properly designed & appropriate facility. Stress relieving is to be witness by the local representative of the

inspecting agency. A certificate to this effect is to be provided.

b). After removal of the Unit from the stress relieving chamber it is to be

again hydraulic tested. This test is to be witnessed by the appropriate

inspecting agency. A certificate to this effect is to be also provided.

BURNER.

a). The Burner should be imported one, packaged type, fronted

end mounted, factory tested and easily removable type.

b). Complete packaged burner shall be imported from U.S.A. or

Europe to be forced draft combustion air system, utilizing a

heavy duty backward curved impeller in a fully machined cats

housing. Air housing should be of open able type for inspection

and service of firing head components without detaching the

burner from the boiler front end.

c). Complete burner assembly is to be bolted to the front end of

the boiler through the use of flange.

d). Burner should be suitable to burn natural gas.

e). High turn down capability is to assure smooth starts and

response to wide load demands. The control switches, should

permit selection of fixed rate or fully modulating operation.

f). Gas and combustion air are to be intimately mixed in the

combustion zone. Flash back is to be avoided as possible.

g). The burner is to be listed by underwriters laboratory & carry

a U.L. certification however other regulatory agency inspecting &
