Assembling the Raycam Line Maker ready for first use. The Raycam Line Marker comes ready for easy assembly. Remove everything from the cardboard box. Fit the two rubber wheels to the axles on the tank Knock the capped star washer retainers on to the shaft to hold the wheels.

Fit the front aluminium Marker wheel with the pin and clip. Place the other large wheel in the tank.

Slide the small black wheel into the area between the two wheels. Adjust the two bolts to centralise the small wheel (leave a small clearance). Fit the two handle support brackets (one on the lug welded to the chassis and one under the plastic knob). Followed up upper handle bar (3 settings for operator comfort). Locate in place with M8 bolts provided. Inflate tyres to 12 to 20 psi. You are now ready for marking out.

Walk either straddling the line or on one side of the line. For a very distinct line, mark in both directions. To adjust rate of application, screw black knob which increases or decreases pressure of brush on tank wheel which will control amount of paint applied.

When finished ensure that you thoroughly clean the machine out after each use.
