    “Type P” RD Dryer

    RDLow Noise Rapid Dryer

    Short process timeNo dead time during the reversal of air circulation direction. It shortens the required process time.

    Even drying and minimum damage to most delicate yarnTwin direction circulation without dead time increases number of circulation and improves drying quality throughout the process material.

    Low noise operationSpecially selected radial blower keeping noise level down to minimum 88 dBA (at 1m distance).

    Optional Dual Blower configurationDual blower configuration is suitable for drying of beams. The two blowers are controlled to run either in series or in parallel to provide the needed air property for different drying stages of yarn.

    The RD low noise rapid dryer is a perfect

    companion to FONG’S package dyeing

    machine. It is also compatible to major

    modules of carriers available in the market.

    It provides energy efficiency, time saving and

    even drying of yarn after the dyeing process.

  • “Type B” RD Dryer

    Standard Features

    • The kier cover is accurately counterbalanced for easy and safe operation.

    • Flow reversal valves can be operated both manually or automatically in order to regulate air flow path either outside in or inside out.

    • The radial blower ensures hot air penetrates the packages and circulates in a closed circuit to influence rapid drying.

    • The heating system is equipped with temperature controller, control valves and steam trap.

    • The cooling system is equipped with temperature controller and control valves.

    • The separator is equipped with draining and pressurizing device.

    • Kier, kier cover, main pressurized system and heating/cooling system are made of 316Ti/ 316L/ 1.4571/ 1.4404 stainless steel.

    Options

    • Intermediate air receiver with air/water separating accessories.

    • Dual blower configuration, replacing single blower.

    “Type B” are applicable for the drying of beams and packages or processed material with high density. Models other than those shown in the table are available upon request.
