Once the quote is accepted by you, and the new item(s) are added to the RDC stocking model on your behalf, it is expected that your company will purchase the item(s). If the time comes that you no longer want the item(s) inventoried on your behalf, or we see that the inventory is not moving, you will be required to purchase the existing inventory, not to exceed two months forecasted demand. If the inventory is returned to the manufacturer, you will be responsible for paying restocking fees and freight. If other Members begin to purchase this item, it will no longer be considered “member-specific” and the above conditions no longer apply. NOTE: Chrome Users must print and email to [email protected]
