Greetings: Wafla is excited to present for the first time, the Encanto Sunset Concert to Othello taking place at Lion’s Park on July 29, 2017 to honor wafla founder Jon Warling and celebrate the agricultural workforce! Wafla is taking this opportunity to present this community concert to honor the people who work hard and share a love of agriculture. We applaud Jon, a longtime employer of thousands of farm laborers, principal founder of wafla, and generous supporter of ag and his community. In addition, we dedicate this special concert to celebrate farmworkers. Through a strong work ethic and determination to achieve a better life, farmworkers provide an effective labor force that powers the ag industry. Encanto, a highly acclaimed 2-hour production featuring native son, and opera tenor, Jose Iniguez, will be the first of its kind to be held in Othello. Jose, one of eleven siblings, was born in Othello and raised by migrant field worker parents in the Mattawa area. He attributes his farm upbringing as instrumental to his success on stage. From the orchards of Mattawa Jose developed a profound love for two very distinct styles of music: classical opera, and traditional Mexican mariachi bolero. By blending these two styles, Jose and his fellow performing artists take you on a cultural journey that pairs the ethereal beauty of opera aria, with classical piano and the charm of mariachi bolero. This past summer Jose completed a Washington state musical tour and is currently working with the iconic Robert Lang Studios to produce his first major recording studio album. Through his concerts, Jose has raised over $150,000 for scholarships, art organizations, and community groups. Sponsors like you will share in this tribute, help support scholarships for children of farmworkers, and the opportunity to bring this unique musical production of dancers, orchestral performers, and solo entertainers to Othello. Limited contact with the community to date has revealed a great excitement and anticipation for this event! We need your help. Tickets are valued at $25 each, however we want to make tickets available to most patrons FREE through your sponsorship. Contribution levels are set at (Platinum, Gold, Silver). Sponsors can distribute tickets to employees, a favorite charity, church groups, or any other entity of choice. Sponsorship also includes advertisement and exposure to attendees and the community. RE: Encanto Sunset Concert – Help us Make a Splash in Othello!

Greetings:

Wafla is excited to present for the first time, the Encanto Sunset Concert to Othello taking

place at Lion’s Park on July 29, 2017 to honor wafla founder Jon Warling and celebrate the

agricultural workforce! Wafla is taking this opportunity to present this community concert to

honor the people who work hard and share a love of agriculture. We applaud Jon, a longtime

employer of thousands of farm laborers, principal founder of wafla, and generous supporter of ag

and his community. In addition, we dedicate this special concert to celebrate farmworkers.

Through a strong work ethic and determination to achieve a better life, farmworkers provide an

effective labor force that powers the ag industry.

“Encanto”, a highly acclaimed 2-hour production featuring native son, and opera tenor, Jose

Iniguez, will be the first of its kind to be held in Othello. Jose, one of eleven siblings, was born in

Othello and raised by migrant field worker parents in the Mattawa area. He attributes his farm

upbringing as instrumental to his success on stage. From the orchards of Mattawa Jose developed

a profound love for two very distinct styles of music: classical opera, and traditional Mexican

mariachi bolero. By blending these two styles, Jose and his fellow performing artists take you on

a cultural journey that pairs the ethereal beauty of opera aria, with classical piano and the charm

of mariachi bolero. This past summer Jose completed a Washington state musical tour and is

currently working with the iconic Robert Lang Studios to produce his first major recording

studio album. Through his concerts, Jose has raised over $150,000 for scholarships, art

organizations, and community groups.

Sponsors like you will share in this tribute, help support scholarships for children of

farmworkers, and the opportunity to bring this unique musical production of dancers, orchestral

performers, and solo entertainers to Othello. Limited contact with the community to date has

revealed a great excitement and anticipation for this event! We need your help. Tickets are
