ABOUT Re-Imagining Migration
Participants: 3 from each country + organizational team = 28 in Total
Participating countries: France, Greece, Hungary, Czechia,Slovakia,
Spain, Poland, Italy.
Fee is asked by the coordinating organization to enhance
the quality of training materials, bring experts in field
of non-formal education and their experience.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
❑ understanding the theoretical framework of migration trends and newmigration in Europe and its global effects
❑ exploring and understanding topic of violent extremism as a cause ratherthan a consequence of migration and influence of media
❑enhancing youth workers‘ competences about the push and pull factors ofmigration and how to prevent negative effects of migration (such as marginalisation) in society

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
❑ to discover and deepen EU policies towards migration and local realities in participating countries, promoting European cooperation between youthorganisations
❑to draw up new initiatives in the field of migration and mobility for youngpeople within the framework of the Eramus+ Programme
❑ sharing best practices and innovation in youth work, related to international/local migration

TRAVEL AND FINANCESPlease present your travel plan and consult with us in order to find the best and cheapest means of transport. Do not buy any tickets before getting approvement from your sending organisation.
DEADLINE FOR BUYING TICKETS: 15-08-2019
Please, keep all receipts, confirmation emails, and invoices of your booking confirmations, tickets and boarding passes. You will need to provide all of these original documents to our organisation for the travel reimbursement. Only original tickets and boarding passes handed to host organisation can be reimbursed. You are obliged to present the payment confirmations, where the costs are visible and clear.

The participants are asked to send their return tickets/boarding
passes to host organisation by post within 1 month after the project.
Reimbursement will be transferred to the bank accounts of the
sending organisations within 2 months after the project.
LOCAL CURRENCY & EXCHANGE
Czech Crown (CZK) 1 EURO is about 25 CZK
RECOMMENDATION:
Exchange your money in a big city such as Prague please, probably
it won‘t be possible in Žirovnice and not every shop or restaurant
accepts Euro.

VENUE: Fara Žirovnice
❑Small town Žirovnice offers nice green landscape and fresh air.
❑Bed linens are provided, however, you need to bring your own towel.
❑3 meals per day and the coffee&snacks will beserved in a dining room.❑ Participants will share bedrooms with participants from other countries in same
sex, room are about 2-4 pax per room. There are not available any single rooms.The project Re-Imagining Migration is supported by Erasmus+ 14
