NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR DEFERRED
ACCOUNTING
On December 28,2012, PacifiCorp d/b/a Pacific Power (Company) filed an application
with the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (Commission) for an order authorizing the
Company to defer for later refund to customers the difference between actual lease payments
contracted at the closing of the Black Cap Solar Resource transaction with those presented by the
Company in Docket UE 246. Approval of the Company's application will not authorize a
change in rates, but will permit the Commission to consider allowing the deferred amounts in
rates in a subsequent proceeding. To obtain a copy of the application, contact the following:
