Dear Franchisee, As per our first notification dated the 20th of June 2019, we are again reminding you to have a look at the National deal for membership with the RMI. This deal as you will se below has provided you with a huge saving on the membership as you will see in the table below. The RMI provide you as member with benefits in the industry as per the below services offered. The RMI allows us as franchise brands the opportunity to give our customers peace of mind and recourses should any disputes arise. Please note that many of the National deals we are negotiating; requires RMI membership and shows the bigger companies value, the representation that RMI provides and the quality standards they require from workshops and measure continuously. Some of ARAs projects underway (with a short descriptor):

Grading Project, to approach Government / Fleets for business i.e. in accordance with certain standards

upheld (since the amalgamation was done / formalised – have ARA initiate talks on NEC level to pick-up on the project (which was left on the ice due to the merger) for the development of a Grading, which will be recognised by Warrantors / Fleet Companies / Government etc.)

ARA Amalgamation (ERA / SADFIA / ACRA, have in recent weeks amalgamated under one Association, with one Logo – serving the ‘remanufacturers’ trade sector’ with a stronger voice. To be formally launched in early December)

DFI TTC (ARA, together with Bosch SA, have gone through the phases to register a Trade Test Centre for the Diesel Fuel Injection Technician)

WERC (ARA is well represented Internationally on WERC, a platform to bring Organisations and Associations together for common purpose / objectives / info sharing / Training)

ARA Website (ARA is currently busy developing an ARA Website, to streamline communication amongst Members, but also Suppliers – amongst others)
