Buying and selling property in Ireland has been at the heart of our business for decades.

We offer a private treaty sales service to our clients in residential, commercial and land sales.

Central Auction ServiceREA provide regional auction services in Leinster and Munster. The group auction process is

an efficient and cost effective way of selling a prop erty. There are significantly lower marketing

costs in multiple lot auctions as opposed to holding an individual auction for a property. The sale

by auction process generally takes only 8-10 weeks after the fall of the hammer, the contract is

binding with no conditions & not subject to structural survey of the property. A comprehensive

online and press advertising campaign competitive interest in the properties.

Central Valuation serviceThe Valuation and Advisory team at REA provide a recognised and respected valuation service to
