Advantages to Exeter Township

� Hotel Development stands on its own and does not require

future development of Reading Country Club

� Allows Reading Country Club Golf Course to remain open

indefinitely or can be incorporated into a Master Plan for

future Town Center

� Architectural design of the Hotel can set the tone for the

architectural design of the Town Center

� Approx. $10-$12 Million project that can start immediately

� Increase Tax Base which can help support Golf Course

operation

� Increased activity and revenue for both Reading Country Club

and Viva (current Tenant)
