What is a baby boomer

The United States Census Bureau considers a baby

boomer to be someone born during the demographic

birth boom between 1946 and 1964. New births continued to grow throughout the 1940’s and 1950’s, leading to a peak in the late 1950’s with4.3 million births in 1957 and 1961.

births to a low of 3.14 million births in 1973, lower
