Are you a Bachelor’s or Master’s student about to graduate? If so, Realdolmen a Gfi group company has good news for you! We are looking for young, motivated consultants to join our teams. During a three month qualitative training period, we will help you transition from the academic world to the business world.
The Realdolmen acADDemICT Track is a unique program for young graduates. The term acADDemICT refers to young graduates with a strong passion for ICT who are interested in lifelong learning. Every year, Realdolmen invests in a number of students which are full of potential. These students are guided by experienced colleagues, who coach them at the start of their career as a professional ICT Consultant.

Along with gaining essential technical expertise, we spent time on developing various key soft skills.

””After having met Realdolmen at a job fair I was soon invited for my first job
interview. After this interview Realdolmen made me confident that they were the right choice for me.
I started in September 2015 in the Infrastructure track and after 3 months of intensive training I was ready for my first project. In this first project I followed an experienced Infrastructure consultant until I felt ready for my first ‘solo’ project. Business & Functional AnalystTRACKBusiness and Functional analysis, Project and Change Management will be familiar subject areas for you after your training. Interview and workshop techniques will give you a competitive advantage for when you will start working for our customers. You will work together with colleagues to map out and analyze our customers' existing processes, and you will have the chance to propose possible improvements. ””Realdolmen gives recent graduates the chance to complete three months of
training to become fully prepared for future projects. This was the deciding factor for me; I believed that getting to grips with a range of topics would offer a broader view of all the options available at Realdolmen. Some of the training is more of a refresh of what I learned at university but there is also new material to prepare me for what lies ahead. I have met most of my team at this stage, #SalesforceTeam, whether through presentations on Salesforce, during training, or at our monthly team meetings. Our mentors keep a close eye on us. In addition, we can draw on the extensive knowledge of other Salesforce colleagues. The team is professional, but at the same time informal and fun!

When you start the Salesforce acADDemICT track, you jump right into a variety of training courses, with two primary themes.
One theme is the technical track, where you join other divisions in learning C#, HTML, Java and so on. If you have more of an affinity for processes, business and functional analyses, you focus on the second theme which revolves around the functional track.
Just so you are aware, both tracks receive Salesforce training together. This training is provided by experienced Salesforce specialists who are prepared to share knowledge with you. Seeing as we're all consultants here, soft skills are important, too. How about interview skills, presentation techniques, and conflict resolution for starters?

As an aspiring Dynamics 365 AX consultant, you will be responsible for translating customer processes and needs into Dynamics 365 for operations and finance (AX), the Microsoft ERP package. If you have a passion for Finance or for Purchasing and Logistics, and you love IT, then this is the perfect trajectory for you. We teach you analysis techniques and methodologies that are necessary for mapping out customer needs, and we help you learn on translating those needs to Dynamics AX. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you are responsible for the development and testing customizations, interfaces, and Cloud installations. You work closely together with functional consultants and software architects to address the customer's needs with concrete solutions in Microsoft Dynamics. If you have a passion for software development, Cloud solutions, and if you are enthusiastic about Microsoft products, then this track is right for you! We will familiarize you with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and you will learn how your code could help companies work more efficiently. We also teach you how to install applications in the Cloud.
CRM ACADDEMICT TRAJECTThe CRM acADDemICT track is a three month training where you get to sharpen your technical expertise and your soft skills. During this track, you will receiv training by experienced Realdolmen employees on the following topics:
• Programming languages• Frameworks• Architecture• Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM• Methodologies (such as Scrum)• Etc.
The acADDemICT CRM track also includes a project assignment. This project gives you the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. ”I joined Realdomen primarily for the acADDemICT track. A three month training program on Databases, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics, is not something that many companies can offer. The Data Insights training is not limited to data analysis. We learn the essentials of Business and Functional Analysis, as well as soft skills. These skills help to get a better understanding of projects, more than I ever thought I would have gotten at the start of the acADDemICT track.

DATA INSIGHTS ACADDEMICT TRACK The Data Insights acADDemICT track is planned for 3 months, and it is designed to prepare recently graduated students to work in the field of Data Insights. You will specialize in the Microsoft Data Stack. We will teach you an entire spectrum of relevant topics which will enable you, from the very start of your career, to have a helicopter view on Data Insights. Further more, you will focus on important open source frameworks, which will qualify you to handle a myriad of different assignments once you’re ready to go.
We hire based on potential and mindset. Technical skills are trainable! During the training period, we will help you spruce up your technical skills!
Not sure if you want to work in BI or Data Science/AI? No problem! As both of these fields are grounded in the same principles and methodologies, you can choose your specialization later on. The main difference is the results and actionability that make these two fields stand out from each other.

DIGITAL WORKPLACE ACADDEMICT TRACK Do you value helping organizations perform tasks more efficiently? We are looking for young graduates who are interested in analyzing our customer’s current way of working and proposing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions to improve their business processes. We know that you don’t have all the tools in your toolbox yet, however our acADDemICTs track will get you up to speed with relevant knowledge and experience to help you kick-start your career as a Digital Workplace Consultant.
We’re hiring Bachelor’s or Master’s students who will soon graduate and are available to start in fall 2019. We are looking to invest in candidates who would dedicate themselves to focus on analytical, technical and soft skills, which are included in our training plan.
Why should I follow this track? Working in the Digital Workplace team offers a lot of variation, both from a project and a product perspective. You get involved early in the project to identify the customer’s requirements and get to know their processes. You will use techniques such as impact mapping and customer journey mapping to identify the productivity challenges within an organisation and you will propose solutions based on the SharePoint and Office 365 platform. Think about a technical engineer that relies on product/service manuals to solve on-site issues. The next step, you will start creating a solution, using anything from codeless solutions to custom development using TypeScript or React. Finally, you present the solution to the customer and continuously work with them on any further improvements they might need. This allows you to take any role ranging from a functional/analytical profile to a technical/developer profile, and everything in between!

SupportAll training is provided by experienced colleagues. Using theory as well as practical exercises, these experts transfer their knowledge to you. Some of the training is followed by small tests to determine how well you have understood the material.
The program is also supervised by your relevant unit manager. This unit manager is the people manager for the acADDemICTs and he or she is responsible for coachingyou primarily on soft skills. Your unit managerwill occasionally callyou in for an evaluation, and her or she coordinates the training program.
acADDemICT Coach
We provide you with a coach – an experienced consultant in your field of choice – to ensure that acADDemICTs aren't left on the sidelines. The transition from academia to the working world is a big one, and Realdolmen wants to provide you with maximum support.
Each acADDemICT is assigned a coach who serves as their first point of contact within the organization. This is someone who has already been part of the Realdolmen family for a while, and perhaps even followed the acADDemICT program themselves a few years earlier. This colleague guides the acADDemICT through the organization's ins and outs, such as everyday administration (time registration application, application to request leave, etc.).
Furthermore, acADDemICTs can ask their coach for (technical) support during their first projects. If the acADDemICT's project requires specific technical support, they can also call on their instructors and coaches from the acADDemICTs program.
In brief, your coach functions as the acADDemICT's mentor during the first few years of your professional career at Realdolmen.
