Towers TransactionA 132-unit apartment project in

Little Rock tipped the scales at $4.1million.

PT Apartments Ltd., led by DavidHenry, bought Plaza Towers Apart-ments at 6115 W. Markham St. Theseller is Plaza Towers ApartmentsLLC, led by Joe Selz.

The deal is financed with a $4.6 mil-lion bond issued through the PulaskiCounty Public Facilities Board.

The 2.5-acre development previous-ly was tied to a July 1997 mortgage of$850,000 held by Mercantile Bank ofArkansas in North Little Rock.

Plaza Towers Inc., led by W.C.Mason Jr., developed the project andsold it in March 1969 for an undis-closed sum.

The buyers included: C.W. Abrams,Nash Abrams, Sam Strauss Jr., RubyMcCaskill, Benjamin Lincoln,Arnold Mayersohn, Loris Birnkrant,Julie Shindler, Sam Vogel Jr. Trust,Robert Vogel Trust, Dave GrundfestSr. Trust, Jack Grundfest and DaveGrundfest Sr. Trust.

Parkway ProjectAn auto dealership property in west

Little Rock is under new ownershipafter a $1 million deal.

Parkway Markham LLC, led byJohn Olaimey, Christopher Robertsand John Atwood, acquired the for-mer Parkway Infiniti location at12211 W. Markham St. The seller isCrain Investments Ltd., led by LarryCrain Sr.

The deal is backed with a two-yearloan of $913,023 from First SecurityBank of Searcy.

The 0.7-acre development previous-ly was used to help secure a December2003 mortgage of $1.9 million held byBank of America in Charlotte, N.C.

Crain Investments bought the proper-ty two years ago as part of a $3 millionswap with Carlton Properties Ltd., ledby Bill Carlton and Steve Smith.

Carlton Properties received a pair of1.4-acre Applebee’s NeighborhoodGrill & Bar developments at 12110Chenal Parkway in west Little Rockand 4333 Warden Road in North LittleRock.
