with newspapers, no blinds, and looks empty.

This is a good example!!! The property looks well kept! But one
thing is missing a family! This maybe your next door neighbor or
friends home. The family that stayed in this home may have been
going through hardship. ~ Facing Foreclosure or Divorce are good
situations to look for when finding these type of property.

Minor Fire Damage property!Major damage no one can live inside
the property.Minor damage is small repairs and someone can live
inside the property.Look for property that has minor fire damage
and NOT major damage!
YOUR MAIN GOAL!!!Is to find the property that individuals want
to sell or no longer reside!!!
Rules of Being A Real Estate ScoutYou will have to submit a form
and picture for the property you find.You get to submit up to 10
non-contracted properties. After submitting 10 properties you no
longer will be able to submit unless we put a property you submit
under contract.*** In order to do this you will have to find an
individual that wants to sell their property directly.Property you
find cannot be real estate owned or already submitted to us and on
file in our database.
Ways to submit your form?Print form then Fax Make sure you let
the office know that you will be Faxing the form.Print the form
then Mail the informationCall office to schedule a day to have a
representative call you to fill out the form.You can fill out form
online
