When to add the ROW Mapping GIS Deliverable ……..

– During Schematic Development

• After your first public meeting

– At this stage, only 4 features are to be delivered

» The new or re-established centerline

» Existing ROW (as lines or polygons)

» Survey Control Points

» Proposed areas of acquisition

When to add the ROW Mapping GIS Deliverable ……..

– When its time to have the parcels that are proposed for acquisition surveyed for the creation of the property descriptions

• Priority Parcels first

• The remaining parcels should be delivered in batches as they are completed

• Other additional features should also be included, like additional survey control and any existing ROW monuments that are found or set.
