Director Electronic Payments – Don Kohl, former Executive Vice President, First Data Merchant Services (19 years). Investor. Recruited to run IT for startup Claim Card in 1999 sold for $262 million in 2003.

We provide an EMV compliant, complete payment solution that does not disclose the credit card information to merchants. We also provide a Quick Order entry with secure payments for customers to self-order and pay with their smartphones. Our Key: Social Payments

1. Our target customers are merchant gateways and processors who need a technology to offer digital gift cards and EMV compliant solutions for small to mid-size merchants.

2. Their customers are merchants and mobile consumers who prefer the convenience and security of mobile for payments, loyalty promotions.

3. We provide digital e-mail or text receipts to increase adoption of our application to consumers who use plastic now and want to migrate to digital mobile wallets quickly and conveniently.

Target gas stations to become EMV compliant in 2015 prior to the 2017 industry established date with our proprietary technology (no need to retrofit the pumps).

In October 2015 the credit card industry is migrating to EMV (Europay Mastercard and Visa) in the US. Replacing the mag stripe with smartchip cards for most retailers except gas stations who have until 2017 to retrofit their pumps. EMV rules: The entity with the lower technology is responsible for fraudulent transactions. Without Real Payment that could be you.

ApplePay: Requires an NFC terminal to work( no online transactions). Does not disclose consumer information to merchants. Does not do loyalty or rewards and cannot be used online. Sells iphone 6 and iphone 6 plus for Apple.

RealPayment: Works online or onsite, no NFC required, can work with Android and iPhone camera as scanner, Bluetooth Smart (120 feet away) or by simply entering our code at the register or e-commerce site. We provide a means for merchants to gain repeat customers with rewards and ease of use for our members.

We can deliver the first all digital secure payment network in the world that does not require deployment of special hardware.

Current Prospects: L Brands (Pink), Cardnet (45,000 terminals), Spafinder.com 22,000 locations 1 million members. Cheeburger.com (50 locations). Local Dry Cleaners, retailers, beauty salons and restaurant chains – Rappaports Group, First Watch (285 locations). Tilted Kilt (150 locations) Large Networks with over 50 million users and 2 million merchants.

We can be to market 2 years ahead of schedule with a gas station solution that does not require pump retrofits by using our patent pending payment technology.

We need capital to execute with sound financial backing. $3 million.
