you will get the tools and training you need to be successful. In addition, you will get recharged by the enthusiasm and energy and ideas of our professional trainers and your co-franchisees! Do it for your business! Do it for your success! And do it for yourself!!
Broker Training is a Requirement of Your Agreement
The Business Leadership Class is open to all Realty World Brokers, Owners, or Managers. It does not make a difference if you are new to the system or have had a Realty World franchise for years. Everyone benefits from the additional knowledge and networking.
How much training is provided?
We will train your Designated Manager and one additional employee on the material aspects of operating a Realty World® Business. We will provide 3-4 days of training at our corporate offices in Costa Mesa, California. If we determine that your Designated Manager cannot complete initial training to our satisfaction, we may terminate the Agreement.
How much does it cost?
We provide initial training for no additional fee for two (2) persons. You will be responsible for your employees’ travel and living expenses, wages and workers’ compensation insurance while attending training.
Is there a time limit?
Within 10 months after the Effective Date of your agreement, your Designated Manager must satisfactorily complete the initial training.

The Perfect Storm Forum will be presented in Orlando, FL Nov 6th at the Homewood Suites on International Drive, just prior to the opening of the NAR Convention.

HOW ABOUT THINKING FOR A CHANGE?
Many authors have written books and articles about business
planning and goal setting. Just about this time each year, we begin to reflect on the past 12 months and how we are going to structure our business differently for greater effectiveness in the coming 12 months. My recommendation to you is to spend time each day in some strategic POWER THINKING!!! Imagine what the possible impact would be if you spent 2 hours each day planning

your offense and thinking through all of your projects in great detail and in living color???
So much of what we do is just a response or a reaction to something that has happened in our business, i.e. a property does not appraise, a buyer does not qualify, or we lose a listing etc. When we react, we are playing defense…..To be truly successful and totally effective with your customers and clients, you must have an offense, which comes from searching for a design for change. This requires lots of thought and planning….Try spending some time each day in your very own Power Think tank…..this market requires it and you will like the results.
