Adora Nwazota Adora's experience in real estate began while managing a portfolio of privately held residential properties in her hometown of Illinois, and progressed to brokering land sales in Nigeria. Newly relocated to Dallas, Adora currently works as a Quality Investigator at Abbott Labs and is excited to use the Project REAP experience to grow a career in multifamily commercial real estate in her new city. Adora is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned her Bachelor's and attended graduate school. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, volunteering and spending time with family.

Calvin Mooney Calvin Mooney is a St. Louis native who is versed with a background in investment operations, asset valuation, insurance sales, and financial services. Calvin is currently a financial consultant where he assists clients in plans for retirement. Calvin is very passionate about the real estate industry and gives thanks to the REAP program for giving him guidance on steps to

transition into the real estate industry. Calvin is now a licensed realtor in Missouri and Texas where he will begin to focus on Commercial Tenant Representation and Investment sales. He lives by the quote “It’s Not About The Money, It’s About The Freedom” and truly believes financial freedom can be acquired through real estate investing. Calvin graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Degree in Finance and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, poker, and chess.

Corwyn Davis Corwyn Davis is Managing Shareholder at The Davis Law Group, P.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and received his JD from Texas Southern University – Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

Danielle Conley Danielle Conley holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Texas Woman’s University, a Masters in Public Administration and a Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Danielle has 7 years of Community Development and City Government experience, which includes project management and administration for State Senator Royce West (Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program), City of Dallas community development, grassroots organizing, and National Service - AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America). Throughout her tenure in National service, Danielle served as project lead for several City of Dallas communities; she was sought out by several community leaders for her tenacity, zeal for helping communities receive resources they otherwise wouldn’t receive. Danielle remained with the City of Dallas and worked closely with former City of Dallas Mayor Michael S. Rawlings as his assistant. Currently, Danielle has continued her passion for community development and has expanded her philanthropic endeavors nationally as she freelances as a Philanthropic Sports Consultant planning large community events for professional athletes nationwide. In pursuit to continue working in thriving, yet impoverished communities Danielle hopes her robust community and corporate network, and being 2019 REAP graduate, will open doors in Commercial Real Estate Development which is where she hopes to continue working in the future.

Derek Flowers Derek Flowers has been a real estate investor since 1992. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Brokerage in 2003. He opened his own real estate and mortgage brokerage, founding Flowers Realty Services LLC, in Texas in 2006. Since then, Derek has built a diverse portfolio of experience, including a 17-year tenure in residential property sales and property management, and most recently founded the Magnificent Mortgage Group. He currently holds real estate licenses in Texas & Illinois, instructor licenses in both states, and is an active member of ICSC, NAIOP, ULI, and TRETA. Derek has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients through their real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, and asset reposition and dispositions. He specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker deals that exceed his clients’ expectations. Derek has closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions and remains active in real estate and mortgage services throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership.

Hanson Inyang Hanson E. Inyang is a Huston-Tillotson University business graduate, a brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., an MBA of Clark Atlanta University, a U.S. Army Cavalry Scout currently serving with the 1-112th Cavalry Regiment, and founder of Ellis County Cleanscapes— a community beautification project and for-profit commercial lot cleaning service, owned and managed by Solo-Six, LLC. With well over a decade of experience in business operations and sales management, paired with previous commercial management experience in Class A office property, Mr. Inyang is highly interested in commercial property development and brokerage in the Ellis County and Greater Dallas, Texas areas. He works tirelessly to this end, and seeks to learn and share more, via meaningful business relationships with corporate partners and REAP alumni alike. Jason Ross Jason I. Ross is an experienced sales professional in telecommunications, data networking, and mobile technology. Jason is currently a Channel Account Manager 2 at AT&T where he partners with Solution Providers to provide wireline/wireless voice and data services to Public Sector customers

He owns multiple investment properties in Texas and is looking to develop and acquire several multifamily units to grow his investment portfolio with a specific passion in providing housing to underserved communities. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in Mass Media and Communication Studies. He is a Past President of the award winning chapter Dallas/Fort Worth Urban League Young Professionals and has a great affinity for serving the community. His commitment to servant leadership in business and community has led to much recognition such as Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40.

John Andrews John Andrews is the Head of Engineering for Nickson, where he leads product and software development for all things tech. John has spent half his career as a software engineer and has released mobile apps on both Google and Apple App Stores. He loves taking an idea and using code to build something people can interact with and find helpful. John is interested in using technology to bring efficiency to real estate markets. In addition, he Airbnb’s an apartment and is looking for more properties he can use for short-term rentals. John enjoys cycling and yoga, and is a vegetarian. He is a graduate from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and can creatively find a way to sneak “Go Blue!” into any conversation.

Johnny Blount Johnny E. Blount, Jr. serves as a Senior Commercial Appraiser with the Dallas Central Appraisal District (DCAD). He is licensed with the Texas Association of Assessing Officers. As a Senior Commercial Appraiser, Johnny is responsible for developing accurate property valuations for retail, industrial, multifamily and office property. He assists in developing market reports, financial analysis, and property field checks that allow for effective value assessments. He manages deadlines and rigorously reviews value opinions. Johnny negotiates market values with property owners, tax representatives, and attorneys to formulate a fair market value and ultimately defends DCAD’s values before the Appraisal Review Board and in arbitration. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Johnny possesses an exceptional ability to estimate market values for commercial properties. Johnny is highly knowledgeable in real estate appraising fundamentals, property tax laws and regulations.

Johnny graduated from The University of West Georgia with his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. While in college, he worked for his uncle, owner of a vault and monument business, who engrained in him that people would always need two things: a “place to live and a place to die”. This ignited Johnny’s interest in real estate. He became a licensed realtor in Georgia,

Kevin Williams Encompassing over a decade of experience in the design, development and delivery of projects, Kevin is a high-functioning professional with a management discipline that drives performance to the bottom line. Success in recent capital programs are attributed to the delivery of $2B in value as well as the maturing of his leadership style through relationship brokerage with top management across organizations. Always one to sharpen the pencil, the recent policy and market side stimulus attracted him to supply chains (SC) and the underlying asset - Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Kevin is interested in value capture in the form of SC side M&A; CRE side development, investment and strategic repositioning; and policy-side land use to strengthen our region's competitive advantage. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas and a Master's Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. A proud Fightin' Texas Aggie from "the Hill" with unmistakable Arkansas heritage, Kevin is a Husband and Father. LeMarcus Henderson LeMarcus Henderson is a Space and Leasing Representative with the 2020 Census. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and received his JD from Texas A&M University School of Law.

Marco Villegas As a person who grew up in NYC, Marco Villegas witnessed his community become so gentrified that many in his network can no longer afford to stay. He started investing in historically neglected communities to help keep people in their homes, not to rent to the highest bidder or flip properties. Development by outsiders who do not have a stake in the community is extracting, displaces people of color, and erodes community. Marco’s organization, Encima Community Builders, seeks to create value while building community in places like New York, Philadelphia, and Dallas. His

Previously, Marco worked as an Equity Research Associate covering the financials industry at JPMorgan. He also worked as a Strategy Consultant covering the Consumer sector at Accenture. Marco holds a BA from NYU Stern and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Maria Chagollan Maria Chagollan is Budget Manager (Manager III) at the City of Dallas Office of Economic Development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Barnard College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas.

Max Faye Max Faye joined the City of Dallas as a Management Development Associate in 2018 where he has been managing a wide range of municipal projects for the City Manager’s Office, the Mayor and City Council Office and the Office of Budget. His most recent project involved the annual budget development for four large departments within the City of Dallas with an aggregate budget of $940 million. Prior to his work in municipal government, Max worked for seven years in the financial services industry as a Relationship Banker and as a Small Business Specialist, managing portfolios of investment clients with more than $50 million in assets and business clients with $2 million in annual revenue. Max is passionate about Economic Development and considers real estate to be one of the most tangible tools for community building. He is fluent in five languages and is involved in several associations working towards the socio-economic integration of immigrant communities in the US. Max received a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers and a BS in Accounting from UT Dallas. He is a graduate of REAP Dallas 2019 program and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Michael (Mike) A. Grace Michael (Mike) Grace, AICP is Director, Unincorporated Area Services at Dallas County, where he directs intergovernmental coordination, land development and nuisance abatement within unincorporated areas of Dallas County. With a total of 22 years of experience, he has over 15 years-experience in land entitlement, public policy and urban planning. His areas of specializiation include business and land development, intergovernmental coordination and relations, land entitlement, public policy, and urban design and planning. He has worked with developers, municipalities, organizations of various sizes and several Greater Dallas Planning Council Task Forces including a Dallas Area Rapid Transit Peer Review Group. Additionally, he is a D Academy Fellow, a leadership academy managed and underwritten by D Magazine. Mike was one of 50 individuals selected worldwide to participate in The Purpose City – Dallas, Tx. He was also honored with the 2017 President’s Award – Greater Dallas Planning Council and 2016 Partnership Award at the Texas Trails and Active Transportation Conference. Onaje Harper When Onaje Harper made the commitment to transition into commercial real estate, he enrolled in REAP and spent the ten weeks optimizing the experience by attempting to meet with almost every presenter to gain further insight on their journey and identifying what his next steps needed to be. Within two months of completing the program, Onaje secured an Investment Advisor role with Marcus and Millichap specializing in retail, development, and redevelopment opportunities in the emerging secondary markets of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Harper brings over 20 years of experience in data driven leadership and resolution techniques that directly correlate to his ability to service his clients' needs and maximize the value of their investments. Onaje credits his attention to detail and underwriting abilities to his undergraduate research work at Xavier University and teaching AP Calculus and AP Statistics experience. He has earned two Master's

Throughout his career, Harper has worked with and led faculty teams to enhance service and significantly improve assessment outcomes. In addition to his educational experience, Harper has worked with nonprofits and external partners to deliver results and bring ideas to fruition. Harper and his wife of 17 years live in Rowlett, TX with their 8-year-old daughter. When Onaje is not working, he enjoys tennis, golf, swimming, traveling and continuing to work with nonprofit ventures.

Shaun Stevenson Shaun Stevenson is a native of Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Dallas, TX after graduating from Langston University with a B.S. in Organizational Management with a minor in Finance. With greater than 20 years’ experience in the Health and Insurance industry, Shaun is a senior professional and has a proven track record of leading teams to success, executing strategy, improving business processes and enhancing the client experience. Shaun is a recent graduate of REAP Dallas’ 2019 program and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). He is interested in a new career in Commercial Real Estate to explore opportunities which align with his skill set. In his free time, Shaun is an avid movie-goer, sports enthusiast, traveler, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tasha Brown Tasha Brown is a Real Estate Representative at Starbucks Coffee Company. Prior to joining Starbucks, Tasha is a seasoned insurance industry executive working for Wells Fargo Insurance Services focusing on excess and surplus lines, as well as owning multiple standard and independent insurance agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.

William Harris William Harris is a native of Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Howard University receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in management information systems. Currently, he is a consultant for Microsoft located out of Dallas, TX. William aims to leverage his background in technology and his interest in real estate to bridge the gap between the two.

Yesha Hynson Yesha L. Hynson is based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and is a finance professional with 20+ years of experience that includes planning, budgeting and financial analysis. She is a Senior Accountant currently employed with CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions organization where she manages a portfolio of medium to large clients in the retail and financial services industries. She has Big 4 experience, and prior to her role at CBRE worked for Deloitte as a Consultant to the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation). Her team assisted the agency in the management of risk associated with bank failures and the resulting contractual agreements made between the FDIC and the acquiring institutions. As part of the Dallas REAP 2019 graduating class , she plans to pursue a full-time role with CBRE in either Retail Leasing or Property Management. As a long-term goal, she would like to explore opportunities with a developer of mixed use or retail sites in a client-facing role. Yesha received a BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas. Outside of her work-life, she enjoys spending time with family, yoga and collecting vintage handbags!

Yolanda Jackson Yolanda Jackson has a diverse background with many years of experience spanning community redevelopment, economic development and the housing industry. Her professional work experience spans from corporate consulting firms, residential home builders to large municipalities. Early in her career, Yolanda worked in land use planning and urban design. Then her career transitioned towards economic development and housing consulting. Yolanda has worked on numerous housing studies, revitalization plans and demographic analyses for a variety of organizations, jurisdictions and developers nationally. She has worked on topics ranging from fair housing impediments and homelessness to location analysis and market drivers. She is extremely knowledgable about demographics, market dynamics and the interconnectedness of the built environment. She has experience presenting detailed development information and policy to the public. Yolanda received her Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University. After this accomplishment she became a Certified Planner. She is in pursuit of completing a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been licensed in real estate for fifteen years. Her desire is to use her research and analysis skills in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. As a current member of ULI, she volunteers her time with the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) and the Urban Plan Workshop.
