Rebar
We supply rebar of standard diameters and lengths; the rebar can be supplied in the form of high tensile or mild steel.
Mild steel can be supplied as standard lengths for all diameters. Length 9m, 10m, 11m, 12m and 13m, or can be supplied as special lengths as per customer’s requirements, not exceeding 13m.
Applicable Standards• SANS 282: 2011 - Bending dimensions and scheduling

Transportation
Shape codes
For convenience in transporting bars, dimensions should not exceed the following.
All shape codes are as per SANS 282:2011 specification.
NB: Shape code 99 shall be used for all other shape codes. A dimensioned sketch of the shape shall be shown in the client’s bending schedule as per engineer. Radii of all bends are standard unless r is given in the bending schedule.
