Receivables Online Transaction History – What’s Different?

Introduction Receivables Online now makes it easier to search, review, and export transaction details for all receivables transactions.

Transaction History To access deposited Receivables Online transactions, select Transaction History from the Receivables Menu.

Basic filter criteria are: • Date Range • Payment/Serial Number • Amount • Payer Entity Name • Channels

• Methods of Payment • Programs • Batch Number • Status (Cancelled, Deposited, In Process, Processing

Cancellation, Processing Refund, Re-presented, Refunded, Rejected, Returned, Scheduled)

2. Selecting the expand arrow opens the Advanced Transaction History Filter, which provides the ability to search on all additional payment and invoice reference fields, if needed.

View Transaction Details To view an individual transaction:

1. Select the transaction from the Transaction History list.

2. Then select View to open the Transaction Details page.

3. If the Transaction History list contains payments in multiple currencies, the Multiple Currencies link will display.

From the Transaction Details screen, you can view:

1. Transaction Details

2. Payment Reference Details

3. Image Viewer, which will display thumbnails of every image in the transaction. Use the image viewer tools to rotate, enlarge, save and print images.

4. If you selected multiple transactions from the Transaction History list page, you will be able to page through each transaction using the navigation arrows.

Transaction History: Archived Transaction Retrieval

If a transaction is older than 180 days and has images, the images will be archived from immediate view. If you select a transaction with archived images, the transaction will display a message indicating the Transaction has been archived.

Select the Get Images button to submit a request to retrieve the images from the archive.

Once the archival request is completed, you will receive an Alert in your Alert Inbox. Select the alert from the list and it will take you to the Transactions History page where you can access your transaction and view the archived image. Transaction History: Image and Data Export and Print

You can export transaction images or details, if needed, from the Transaction History list.

1. Select the transactions for export, and then select Export.

2. From the Export Transactions pop-up that displays, select whether to export only data or images for the transactions selected.

If you chose to export images, Select the number of pages and the format (Adobe® PDF or TIFF) for export in the pop-up that displays. After selecting Save, the images selected will be saved to the location you selected.

To print images:

1. Select the printer icon.

2. From the pop-up, select the number of images, and then select Print.
