Terms & Conditions

A. General

1. The lucky draws will be carried out on a “top down” basis, i.e.: the draw for the Grand Prize will be conducted �rst followed by the draw for the rest.

2. Unit Trust Consultants, staff and immediate family members of Public Mutual and Public Bank Group are not allowed to participate in this campaign.

3. The winners listing will be announced on both Public Mutual’s corporate website and PMO within 3 months after the campaign period.

4. Quali�ed New Investor must remain an active unitholder when the lucky draw is conducted and when the prize is presented in order to be eligible for the prize.

5. Public Mutual reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein speci�ed or cancel, terminate, suspend the campaign without prior notice.

6. The decision of the Company on the winners is �nal and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

7. In the event where there is/are any inconsistency(ies), con�ict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between the English and Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia versions of these Rules & Regulations, only the English version will prevail in respect of such inconsistency(ies), con�ict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies).

B. Prizes

1. Each investor can only win one prize, whichever is of higher value.

2. Collection of prizes has to be made within 2 months from the date of announcement of the campaign’s winners. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. No replacement or appeal will be entertained.

3. All stays at hotel(s)/resort(s) include basic facility package and breakfast for 2 pax and are subject to the expiry date stated by the hotel(s)/resort(s).

4. Winners may be required to appear in person at Public Mutual Head Of�ce or branches for prize presentation ceremony. In such occasion, winners will have to make their own arrangement and all expenses incurred will be borne by the winners themselves.

5. Public Mutual reserves the right to use, promote and publish photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or prior notice.

6. Prizes presented on all materials (if any) are for display purpose only and do not depict the actual prizes.

7. Public Mutual reserves the right to change or replace the prize with other items of equivalent or approximate value without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

8. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective vendors/suppliers. Public Mutual shall not be held responsible for any warranty claim. All claims must be directed to the manufacturers/vendors/suppliers.

^ Quali�ed New Investor is de�ned as a new investor (based on �rst holder’s NRIC and non-repeated) who registers and invests with Public Mutual for the �rst time, and successfully makes a cumulative online investment of at least RM1,000 into Public Mutual’s equity/balanced/mixed asset funds and/or PRS funds during the campaign period.

规 则 与 条 例

A. 大 致

1. 抽 奖 仪 式 将 会 以 “由 上 至 下” 的 方 式 进 行, 意 即 会 首 先 抽 出 大 奖, 接 着 抽 出 其 他 组 别 的 奖 项.

2. 单 位 信 托 顾 问、大 众 信 托 基 金 和 大 众 银 行 集 团 的 员 工 和 直 系 亲 属 不 得 参 加 此 活 动。

3. 获 奖 者 名 单 将 在 活 动 期 结 束 后 的 三 个 月 内 在 大 众 信 托 基 金 的 网 站 和 PMO上 宣 布。

4. 合 格 新 投 资 者 在 进 行 抽 奖 和 颁 发 奖 品 时,必 须 仍 是 活 跃 的 单 位 持 有 人, 才 符 合 资 格 获 得 奖 品。

5. 大 众 信 托 基 金 将 保 留 权 利 修 改 此 规 则 与 条 例, 或 取 消、终 止、暂 停 此 活 动, 而 无 需 预 先 通 知。

6. 公 司 对 于 获 奖 者 名 单 的 决 定 是 最 终 的 决 定, 任 何 书 信 或 上 诉 恕 不 受 理。

7. 假 如 此 规 则 与 条 例 的 英 文 版 本 和 中 文 和 / 或 马 来 文 版 本 有 任 何 不 一 致、冲 突、矛 盾 或 差 异 的 情 况, 有 关 不 一 致、冲 突、矛 盾 或 差 异 处 将 会 以 英 文 版 本 为 准。

B. 奖 品

1. 每 位 投 资 者 只 能 赢 得 一 份 奖 品, 视 何 者 价 值 为 高 。

2. 获 奖 者 必 须 在 发 布 优 胜 者 名 单 之 日 起 2 个 月 内 领 取 奖 品, 否 则 一 律 作 废。任 何 替 代 或 上 诉 恕 不 受 理。

3. 酒 店 / 度 假 村 的 所 有 住 宿 包 舍 基 本 设 施 和 2 份 早 餐, 并 受 酒 店 / 度 假 村 规 定 的 有 效 期 限 制。

4. 获 奖 者 可 能 被 要 求 亲 自 前 往 大 众 信 托 基 金 总 公 司 或 分 行 出 席 颁 奖 仪 式。获 奖 者 须 做 出 自 身 安 排 出 席 此 场 合, 并 承 担 所 有 花 费。

5. 大 众 信 托 基 金 保 留 使 用、促 销 和 发 布 获 奖 者 照 片 的 权 利, 而 无 需 提 供 额 外 补 偿 或 另 行 通 知。

6. 资 料 上 显 示 的 奖 品 只 供 展 示 用 途, 不 代 表 实 物。

7. 大 众 信 托 基 金 保 留 权 利, 以 其 他 价 值 相 等 或 接 近 的 物 品 更 改 或 替 换 奖 品, 而 无 须 另 行 通 知。奖 品 不 可 转 让、交 换 及 退 款。

8. 奖 品 受 相 关 供 应 商 / 经 销 商 的 规 则 与 条 例 约束。大 众 信 托 基 金 不 对 任 何 保 证 索 偿 负 责。所 有 的 索 偿 须 交 由 制 造 商 / 供 应 商 / 经 销 商 负 责。

Terma & Syarat

A. Am

1. Cabutan bertuah akan dilakukan secara “atas ke bawah”, contohnya: cabutan untuk Hadiah Utama akan dilakukan terlebih dahulu diikuti cabutan untuk hadiah yang berikutnya.

2. Perunding Unit Amanah, kakitangan dan ahli keluarga terdekat Public Mutual serta Kumpulan Public Bank tidak dibenarkan untuk mengambil bahagian dalam kempen ini.

3. Senarai pemenang akan diumumkan melalui kedua-dua platform laman web Public Mutual dan PMO dalam tempoh 3 bulan selepas tempoh kempen.

4. Pelabur Baharu yang Layak mestilah kekal sebagai pemegang unit yang aktif semasa sesi cabutan bertuah diadakan dan semasa hadiah disampaikan untuk layak menerima hadiah berkenaan.

5. Pihak Syarikat berhak mengubah suai terma dan syarat dinyatakan di sini atau membatal, menamat, menggantung aktiviti ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.

6. Keputusan Syarikat terhadap senarai pemenang adalah muktamad dan sebarang surat menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan.

7. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang ketakkonsistenan, percanggahan, kekaburan atau perselisihan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Mandarin dan/atau Bahasa Malaysia dalam Syarat dan Peraturan ini, hanya versi Bahasa Inggeris dianggap sah.

B. Hadiah-hadiah

1. Setiap pemenang hanya boleh memenangi satu hadiah sahaja, bergantung pada nilai yang lebih tinggi.

2. Hadiah perlu diambil dalam tempoh 2 bulan dari tarikh pengumuman pemenang-pemenang kempen. Hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan ditarik balik oleh syarikat . Tiada penukaran atau rayuan akan dilayan.

3. Semua penginapan di hotel/resort merangkumi pakej kemudahan asas dan sarapan pagi untuk 2 orang serta tertakluk pada tarikh luput seperti yang dinyatakan oleh pihak hotel/resort.

4. Pemenang mungkin dikehendaki untuk hadir sendiri ke Ibu Pejabat Public Mutual atau cawangan untuk majlis penyampaian hadiah. Sekiranya perlu, pemenang hendaklah membuat pengaturan sendiri dan semua perbelanjaan yang berkaitan akan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh pemenang.

5. Public Mutual berhak menggunakan, mempromosikan dan menerbitkan gambar pemenang bagi tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti, tanpa sebarang ganti rugi tambahan atau notis terlebih dahulu.

6. Hadiah yang dipaparkan pada semua bahan (jika ada) adalah untuk tujuan paparan sahaja dan tidak menggambarkan hadiah sebenar.

7.Public Mutual berhak menukarkan atau menggantikan hadiah-hadiah dengan barang-barang lain yang sama atau hampir sama nilainya tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu. Hadiah-hadiah tidak boleh dipindah, ditukar atau dikembalikan dalam bentuk tunai.

8. Hadiah adalah tertakluk pada terma dan syarat penjual/pembekal masing-masing. Public Mutual tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang tuntutan waranti. Sebarang tuntutan perlu dirujuk kepada pihak pengeluar/penjual/pembekal.

^ Pelabur Baharu yang Layak dide�nisikan sebagai pelabur baharu (berdasarkan nombor kad pengenalan pemegang pertama dan tidak berulang) yang mendaftar dan melabur dengan Public Mutul buat kali pertama serta berjaya membuat pelaburan terkumpul sekurang-kurangnya RM1,000 secara dalam talian ke dalam dana ekuiti/imbang/aset campuran dan/atau dana PRS Public Mutual semasa tempoh kempen.
