Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 3/4 cups of flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup butter

2/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

(optional)

Directions

Mix the ingredients well, so there are no lumps.

Put in greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for one hour, or until knife

inserted in center comes out clean.
