RECIPE 1 (BREAKFAST)

Cuban Rice

INGREDIENTS

1. Rice

2. Water

3. Oil

4. Salt

5. Laurel

6. Ketchup

7. Egg

- It is a very rich,nutritious and very simple

PREPARATION

1. We put a pot with oil in the stove.

2. We add the rice in the pot.

3. Then we add the wáter and add Laurel.

4. We add salt.

5. Stir and wait 20 minutos

6. When the rice finiched, proceed in a pan to fry an egg.

7. To accompany add tomato sauce or Ketchup.

RECIPE 2 (LUNCH)

Spaghetti Bolognese

INGREDIENTS

1. Spaguetti

2. Salt

3. Bolognese Sauce

4. Cheese

5. Butter

- It is the most common,is fast and very delicious.

PREPARATION

1. Pour into pot with wáter, salt and boil.

2. After, put spaghetti in the pot.

3. Remove all excess wáter.

4. In the spaghetti we add butter.

5. Lastly we add bolognese sauce.
