How to make the recipes:• Each recipe uses approximately 100ml of Renastart at a

dilution of 30kcal/oz. This is made by adding 3 levelscoops of Renastart to 90ml (about 3 fl oz.) of water.

• All smoothie recipes can be prepared by blendingingredients together until smooth

• Each recipe can be prepared within 5 minutes

• Each recipe makes one serving

• For recipes using canned fruit, consider using fruitcanned in syrup. The calories for each recipe arebased on the fruit in syrup.
