Recognition of leadership and differentiated roles Award component of strategic compensation models

In June 2013, [district name] submitted our Year 3 TIF Award Model to ODE and BFK Award model designed with collaborative process:

2012−2013 school year: Data collected throughout the year to measure progress against the goals established in our Year 2 Award Model

Fall/Winter 2013: Eligible staff receive finalized awards earned in the 2012−2013 school year
