Offer terms and conditions

1. Offer is available to the recommender and the recommended. 2. You can recommend as many friends as you wish but you can only recommendeach friend once. 3. A Tesco Car Insurance policy number must be provided for both you and your friend. 4. The gift card will be issued within 6 weeksto the policyholders at the policyholders’ addresses only. 5. The gift card can only be redeemed in store, online at tesco.com or at a Tesco petrol fillingstation. 6. The 1,000 Clubcard points will be allocated to the next available Clubcard statement. This may not be the next statement that you receive.7. The Clubcard holder must be the policyholder. 8. Tesco Bank reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the offer without prior notice.

How to claim your gift

Complete all of the questions in Part 1 of the form opposite including your policy

number and whether you would like to receive the gift card or the Clubcard

points. Remember to give your Clubcard number if you select the points.

Once complete, give the form to any friend or relative also planning to take out

Tesco Car Insurance. (Please note: the offer is only available to new Tesco Car

Insurance customers and you can only recommend each friend once.)

Once their policy is set up, they should complete their details in Part 2 of the

form, including their policy number and choice of gift, and return it to us.No stamp is required.

You will both then receive your choice of gift card or Clubcard points.
