There is a $250 fully refundable deposit for the equipment. You are responsible for cables, shipping to get the equipment to your location, and any labor required at your location.
Service provided Full time recording for all identified extensions.
Extension identification may require additional information (e.g. MAC or IP addresses of phones.)
Call information Caller ID, dialed digits, date, time, duration, extension, agent/employee name included.
Agent identification requires agent voice registration. Requires two minutes per agent.
Install steps Ship unit to customer. Setup web account and register unit. Configure software for customer phone environment.
Connect RecordingMagic in line with VOIP traffic. Configure firewall to allow communication with VirtualLogger. Provide phone information.
Service verification
VirtualLogger will perform at least one reconciliation to customer call records to verify 100% recording.
Customer responsible for providing call detail information in electronic format.
Marketing assistance
Reference customer in RecordingMagic promotional material.
Customer agrees to use of customer name.
Program wrap-up Call records sent to customer on CD. Equipment deposit refunded.
Unit returned with original packaging.

from VirtualLogger LLC. Do I have to provide a recommendation of RecordingMagic to participate?◦ If you complete the full year of service, you agree to let us say you were a participant
